Gaza Aid Delivery 2025

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

400 Water Trucks, fully funded medical aid clinics for a year, hot iftar meals delivered and 375 orphans sponsored in Gaza – Alhumdulilah

Alhamdulillah, with your generous support, we have:

  • Delivered 400 trucks of clean water, reaching over 110,000 people every day in Gaza.
  • Fully funded a mobile medical clinic for 12 months, providing urgent healthcare to those in desperate need.
  • Sponsored 375 orphans, ensuring they receive food, shelter, and education.
  • Provided thousands of hot meals to families facing extreme hunger, helping them break their fast during this critical time.

This aid is making a difference, but the crisis is far from over. Thousands still remain without access to clean water, food, and medical care. The need is urgent, and we must continue our efforts to support those most affected.

Why Ongoing Support to Gaza is Critical

As you may be aware, humanitarian corridors into Gaza only open for short periods, sometimes as little as 24 hours. To maximise aid deliveries, we must secure funds in advance so that aid is prepared and ready to be deployed the moment access is granted.

By continuing to support this cause, you help us stockpile essential supplies and sustain life-saving efforts. The need remains urgent, and every contribution ensures that we can act immediately when opportunities arise.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“The best charity is giving water to drink.” (Bukhari)
“Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like theirs, without it decreasing from their reward in the slightest.” (Tirmidhi)

Al Yasameen Town: A New Beginning for Displaced Families

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

Alhamdulillah, we are delighted to share that the Al Yasameen Town project in Northwest Maaret Tamsrin, Idleb Governorate, is now complete – a place where vulnerable families can finally find security, dignity, and stability.

This project was not just about building houses; it was about restoring lives. Your donations have provided displaced families with a permanent home, lifting them out of makeshift tents and shelters that offered little protection from the harsh elements.

What we achieved together

Thanks to your support, we have:

  • Built 66 homes
  • Constructed essential infrastructure, including water, sanitation, and electricity.
  • Established a masjid, providing a spiritual heart for the community.
  • Developed a local economy by hiring Syrian workers during construction.
  • Ensured long-term sustainability, with homes built to last for decades.

This project prioritised the most vulnerable families, including:

  • Displaced families living in temporary camps or inadequate shelters.
  • Female-headed households, child-headed families, and those with elderly members.
  • Families with disabled, chronically ill, or pregnant/lactating women.
  • Households with limited or no income and those in inaccessible areas.

These homes provide safety, warmth, and security, ensuring families no longer have to fear flooding, fire, or extreme weather.

What this project means for the future

This is not just a short-term solution. The briquette homes provide long-lasting protection, keeping families warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

  • Improved safety: The town is protected from ongoing conflict, with Turkish forces ensuring security.
  • Better living conditions: A rain drainage system has been installed, preventing sewage and mud overflow.
  • Employment opportunities: Residents can travel to nearby cities, improving job prospects and stability.

How the Project Will Continue

We are committed to ensuring long-term sustainability. The homes are built with reinforced steel bars, cement, and limestone, designed to last over a decade. Management by the Turkish government adds further security and structure for families.

This village exists because of you. Your kindness has given these families a future. Each home is a testament to your generosity, a source of ongoing sadaqah jariyah, and a lifeline for those who had nothing.

Success Story

Rayhana is an eight year old young Syrian girl whom, we have been supporting for a couple years now; through out the process of her medical treatment.

During an airstrike by the Syrian regime, her house had been struck by a missile. She had been left with extremely serious injuries to her arm and leg.

We had first met her Rayhana at the Syrian border; where we promised to support her financially in order to get her mobility back.

With the permission of Allah, she is now walking for the first time in two years. She has had her smart limbs fitted successfully and is mobile.

We would like to thank all our donors who made this possible with their prayers and donations. It is success stories like Rayhana’s that keep the TaskForce team motivated and continue to work hard to help many others like Rayhana.

Ramadhan Relief 2018: LEBANON

Ramadhan 2018 has been an extremely busy Ramadan as it is every year. This month our volunteers have made a trip to Lebanon for our Ifthar campaign. From the 15th fast till the 20th fast, our dedicated volunteers have been living amongst those most-needy, our poor brothers and sisters many of them have barely enough to eat to sustain their lives and often scrape by on one miniscule meal a day. Our amazing volunteers are providing drastically needed and life-sustaining bread to young children, many of whom are orphans, broken families, the weak and the elderly, during this most significant month for Muslims. This has been an enormous, success for TaskForce GLM to use all your donations to deliver flour in its best form- bread. This bread is easily stored, easily delivered and aids in remaining edible for long hours. Alhamdulillah and remember placing your hands to donate, in Lebanon it is enabling our volunteers to use their hands, to place the bread in our Brothers and Sisters.

Turkey Update

We visited Turkey in April 2017 for a field update on our Syrian Bread Project. We met with our primary suppliers in Northern Turkey and logistics partners to ensure overseas operations are being effectively implemented. We also identified and short listed a number of sites for our Syrian Orphanage which is due to open shortly.
